We want you to feel good about your purchase. This page covers two separate things: our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, and your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU consumer. They sit side by side — whichever gives you more is the one that applies.
1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee
LumaFit comes with a voluntary, no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with the guide for any reason, just ask within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund what you paid.
And you keep the files. We won't ask you to delete or return the PDF or bonuses — they're yours.
How to request a refund:

- Include the email address you used at checkout and your order or receipt number, if you have it.
- That's it — no forms, no explanation required.
2. Your EU 14-day right of withdrawal
Separately from our guarantee, EU consumer law gives you a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on most purchases. For digital content delivered instantly (like LumaFit), there is an important rule:
This 14-day withdrawal right is waived once you give your express consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.
At checkout you'll be asked to tick a box confirming both — that you want immediate access and that you understand you give up the 14-day withdrawal right. If you tick it and download the guide, the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies.
If you do not give that consent (for example, you ask us to hold delivery), your 14-day right of withdrawal remains, and you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Either way, our voluntary 30-day guarantee above still stands, so in practice you're covered for longer.
3. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued through the payment platform you used at checkout ([PAYMENT PLATFORM], e.g. Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, or Gumroad).
- Money is returned to your original payment method.
- It typically takes a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Where a Merchant of Record platform handled your sale, the refund may be processed by that platform on our behalf.
